Batman-News reports inside sources claim LexCorp will have a "young, edgy company" feel, rather than the dark, ominous businesses seen before:

"A source close to Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has informed me that production is heading to LexCorp next week. In Zack Snyder's Man of Steel sequel, LexCorp is described as a young, edgy company. Think of it as a .com or Google type workplace. It's a smart company with a stylish vibe, a youthful clash of rock and roll, preppy, and nerdy employees. Hipsters!  The LexCorp scene will be shot on June 12th and 13th and it will take place in the fall. Actors will be wearing layers with long sleeves, lightweight jackets, and blazers."

Alleged spoilers previously published in February by The Latino Review claimed Ben Affleck's Batman teams up with a young Lex Luthor in order to take down Superman.  Though Luthor may be a running a "young" company, it doesn't mean his actions won't be just as calculating:

"The rebuilding of Metropolis is Bruce Wayne's main priority and is in town to help. Bruce believes pooling their resources would better serve the citizens of Metropolis and Bruce is willing to put his differences with Lex aside and let bygones be bygones.  Lex believes Wayne Enterprises is a powerful company but not enough to challenge him in his own backyard. Lex Luthor is Lexcorp and Lexcorp is Metropolis. Despite the limitations of Wayne Enterprises, there are some things Lex believes he can use the company for." (Source: Latino Review)

"Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice" will be released to theaters on May 6, 2016.
