Season 5 of "The Walking Dead" doesn't premiere until October 2014 but word on the zombie street is that the trailer will be released next month, in July! According to a tweet by @Walking_News, the official Season 5 promo will hit the Internet towards the end of July.

"#TheWalkingDead season 5 trailer will be released between July 23-27th," the tweet read.

Now we have to point out that AMC has not confirmed this but if they are sticking to the same schedule and time frame as last year, then this information might be accurate. Last month, Wetpaint posted a tentative schedule for Season 5 and compared it to Season 4's schedule from last year.

For example, filming for last season started the first week of May (May 6 to be exact) and this year it was the same thing. AMC announced via Twitter that day one of filming for Season 5 was on May 5, 2014.

So what else could be in store for "Walking Dead" fans this summer?

Last June, AMC released a behind-the-scenes video gearing up for the upcoming season. According to Wetpaint, the video was set during filming for the first episode of Season 4. Maybe sometime this month, AMC will release a behind-the-scenes promo for Season 5.

At the beginning of July last year, it was revealed that the first episode of Season 4 was titled "30 Days Without An Accident." Again, that information could be revealed around the same time this year.

Also in July, AMC confirmed the exact premiere date and released an extended promo for Season 4 at the San Diego Comic-Con. The promo showed footage from the first four episodes, Wetpaint reports.

This year, the San Diego Comic Con is scheduled for July 24-27, which is right in line with the tweet mentioned above and close to last year's schedule.
