Break out the umbrella, again - Sharkando is back for another spin.

"Sharknado 2: The Second One" may not have premiered just yet, but Syfy has already announced plans to produce a third installment of the shark craze movie, Ad Week reported. The highly successful franchise circles around a shark-filled tornado that attacks a city.

The location and cast for the third movie has not been announced.

The original Sharknado aired with 1.4 million viewers; 566,000 of them adults 18-49. The movie reportedly generated 5,000 tweets per minute at its peak. The sequel was given the green light after tense negotiations with the network officials who considered hiring a new cast.

In "Sharknado 2: The Second One" the storm will hit New York City after failing to take the Southern California coast in the first film. The production team will include director Anthony Ferrante and screenwriter Thunder Levin.

Ferrante explained that "If we stayed in Los Angeles, it would've been boring, but we went to New York and we have a whole new set of tinker toys."

The second film will include some new comers such as Vivica A. Fox, Billy Ray Cyrus, Sugar Ray singer Mark McGrath, E! host Kelly Osbourne, actor Andy Dick and former "30 Rock" star Judah Friedlander. They will join original cast members Ian Ziering and Tara Reid. Sharknado 3 is scheduled to debut in September 2015.

The film has quickly became a social media sensation. Tara Reid told E! News earlier this year that she did the film as a joke and did not expect people to take the movie seriously.

"I was bracing for the worst, but of course was always hoping for the best," Ziering told CBS News. "We took it seriously. We committed to the material and it was enough that people were able to suspend disbelief and enjoy the fantasy and escape reality to the point where, 'Wow, there's sharks and tornadoes and look how this guy is shooting sharks out of the sky.'"

"Sharknado 2: The Second One" premieres July 30, at 9 p.m. on Syfy.
