The cast of "Batman vs. Superman" have made their way to Detroit, Michigan to being filming, but fans are most excited for the upcoming Batsuit reveal.

According to multiple sources, the big costume reveal is slated for April. Many fans were expecting the release of the images before production began on Friday, April 11, but Warner Bros. has kept the photos on lockdown.

Soon after the Batsuit weekend reveal speculation hit the Internet, an allegedly leaked photo made its way onto IMDB forum. The photo showed the a Batsuit below the neck and was cut off at the waist. The Batsuit doesn't resemble any previously seen costumes, but BleedingCool confirmed the images were fake. The photo "leaked" onto IMDB's website was of an action figure. Fans will have to continue to the wait patiently for the first images of Ben Affleck's Batman costume. Though rumors point to an April reveal, Forbes film blogger Mark Hughes claims there is a possibility the Batsuit's debut could be coming in May.

Images of Henry Cavill's updated Superman costume and Gal Gadot in her Wonder Woman armor are also expected to be revealed with Affleck's costume. As for the description of the Batsuit, Hughes revealed last March in a Forbes article what his insiders claimed the costume looks like.

"I've personally heard from sources familiar with the early costume designs that there are two Batman outfits in the film, one of which is more of a tactical sort of design with fabric and some armoring (not dissimilar, I was told, to the new Captain America movie uniform), with a short-eared cowl and a color scheme of black and gray," Hughes wrote. "The other suit is armored, they said, sort of like an Iron Man design."

"Batman vs. Superman" will be released to theaters on May 6, 2016.
