Jennifer Garner has admitted that she's gotten into a little bit of trouble for talking about Ben Affleck's Batsuit but that didn't stop the actress from dishing on her husband's Batman workout. Affleck was cast to play the Caped Crusader in the upcoming untitled movie "Batman Vs. Superman" (or "Man of Steel 2").

"Anytime I've said anything about that so far I've gotten into a lot of trouble from Batman," Garner told We Got This while promoting her new movie "Draft Day."

Garner didn't go into specifics but said that Affleck works out twice a day and has "17-inch biceps." It sounds like Affleck is definitely bulking up for the role. Recently the actor's trainer, Rehan Jalali, updated fans about Batman's fitness regime and said that Affleck had gained a lot of muscle.

"Update: Batman is getting Large! He's working very hard! #Dedication #Excited #DarkKnight #BatFleck #TheSixPackDietPlan," he tweeted. (The tweet was later deleted).

Back in March Jalali gave another quick update and said that "Operation Biggest/Leanest/Baddest Batman Eva is on schedule! #DarkKnight."

Actress Gal Gadot is also working hard to prepare for her role as Wonder Woman and has also been updating fans about her early morning workouts. She recently spoke with E! News and revealed exactly what she's been doing to stay fit.

"I just keep active. Everything that challenging me, everything that I feel like doing," she said. "It's not like I'm only TRX or Pilates. I do sports."

Gadot said she tries to stick to a healthy diet but does give in to her cravings every once in a while.

"I try to eat healthy." Gadot said. "But sometimes though, I eat cheeseburgers. That's good for the soul. I make sure to balance everything out. I drink tons of water."

"Man of Steel 2" is expected to be released May 6, 2016 and will have a box office showdown with "Captain America 3."
