Flappy Bird's creator Dong Nguyen will be placing the app back onto the App Store, according to Forbes.

Nguyen replied to a fan of the iPhone game on his official Twitter account, confirming the game will go live soon.  Nguyen originally took down Flappy Bird claiming too many people had become addicted to the game.

"Flappy Bird was designed to play in a few minutes when you are relaxed," Dong Nguyen told Forbes. "But it happened to become an addictive product. I think it has become a problem. To solve that problem, it's best to take down Flappy Bird. It's gone forever."

According to The Verge, Nguyen estimated the game was downloaded about 50 million times before it was taken down.

"Flappy Bird has reached a state where anything added to the game will ruin it somehow, so I'd like to leave it as is," he told The Verge.  "I will think about a sequel but I'm not sure about the timeline."

Flappy Bird reportedly brought in about $50,000 in revenue a day when the craze spread like wildfire.

"The mobile game features a bird players must navigate through a series of pipes extending from the top and bottom of the screen. Players tap the screen to keep the bird airborne. Flappy Bird was known for being highly challenging, as the slightest graze against a pipe ended the game," according to USA Today.

The "Flappy Bird" game isn't available on the App Store, unless you already downloaded it and synced the app with your iCloud and iTunes account.

"The Flappy Bird creator had all but disappeared from Twitter since the game blew up in popularity and was taken off the App Store," Forbes reports.  "His admission that the game will be coming back is pretty much out of the blue."
