Chris Brown will remain in jail for a month, TMZ has learned. The "Love More" singer will remain behind bars until Apr. 23 after a judge denied a request by his attorney to have him released. Brown was arrested after getting booted from rehab on Friday, Mar. 14.

The judge had ordered him to stay in the treatment facility until he made a decision on whether the singer had violated his probation in the Rihanna domestic violence case after he was accused of beating up a man outside the W Hotel in D.C. The trial is set for Apr. 17 and should only last a few days.

Reportedly the judge said Brown had an "inability to stay out of trouble," TMZ reports. According to the site, the judge was really concerned about a comment the singer reportedly made at the facility about him being "good at using guns and knives."

Media Take Out reported that the singer was kicked out of rehab for having a threesome with two female patients. Reportedly one of the girls told staff members about the rendezvous during a group therapy session.

A source told MTO that she explained in "graphic details" what happened between her, another patient and the 24-year-old singer. The site claims that he was warned to stay away from the ladies - patients and staff - at the facility after he was caught having an "inappropriate relationship" with a female staff member at the beginning of the month.

TMZ claims Brown violated three rules, the most important being to stay clear of the women at the facility. The site didn't mention anything about a threesome but claimed that sources informed them that the Virginia native was given permission to leave the facility but when he returned he refused to take a drug test.

Eventually he did take it - and passed - but the staff was upset that Brown was being difficult. The facility also claims that he made a mockery of the program and made "harsh comments" during a group therapy session. This is the second time he was kicked out of rehab.

Brown was previously booted from a different treatment center after he threw a brick through his mother's car window.
