Universal Studios is unveiling new details about Super Nintendo World one of five themed worlds that is coming to a new park called Universal Epic Universe. The park is set to open next year.

Artists' renderings and details on the new rides have just been released.

From Super Mario Land to Donkey Kong Country, there is something for any fan of the Mario Bros. franchise.

Universal Epic Universe Rides

Mario Kart: Bowser's Challenge is a real-life version of the popular video game. Riders will use 3-D goggles as they ride through iconic courses, throw shells and collect digital coins.

Mine-Cart Madness is a Donkey Kong-themed family coaster that travels through a jungle.

Yoshi's Adventure is a kid-friendly ride that features the fictional green dinosaur from the video game series. Riders will travel through Mushroom Kingdom landscapes, encountering many familiar characters and spotting hidden colored eggs along their journey.

The land will also feature Toadstool Cafe, a quick-service dining location featuring soups, salads and sandwiches.

Other worlds in the new theme park will be How to Train Your Dragon - Isle of Berk, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Ministry of Magic, Dark Universe and Celestial Park.

Universal Epic Universe Hotels

The new park will feature three hotels.

They are Universal Helios Grad Hotel, Universal Stella Nova Resort and Universal Terra Luna Resort.

Planning for Universal Epic Universe began in 2016. The fourth theme park at Universal Orland Resort will cover 750 acres just a few miles from the other parks. There is complimentary transportation that will connect it to the other parks.

"Epic is the future meeting the present," says Gabriela Lander, director of Facility Design for Universal Creative, "With a level of technology that will take the experience to a new level."

Prices for the new park have not been revealed yet.
