Grace Pauline Kelley, the daughter of country music star Wynonna Judd, was arrested at the intersection of an Alabama highway after she allegedly exposed her breasts and lower body to passing drivers.

Kelley, 27, was charged with obstructing government operations and indecent exposure, according to AL.com.

The Tennessee resident was picked up by police near the road intersection of Interstate 65 and Highway 14 on April 5. She allegedly refused to identify herself and would not comply with the arresting officers, AL.com reported.

Kelley has a long history of legal issues and has been in and out of jail for nearly a decade. In 2015, she was arrested and charged with promotion of meth manufacturing and later pleaded guilty to meth possession. She was also sentenced to eight years in prison, in 2017, after violating probation but was released early.

Kelley was again arrested for violating probation, as well as for violating an order of protection and restraining order, in 2023.

She is expected to appear in court again on April 11. Both of her most recent charges are considered misdemeanors in Alabama.
