Police in Nashville have released the last known footage of a college student who disappeared after being kicked out of a bar.

Missouri college student Riley Strain, 22, was visiting Nashville with other members of his fraternity on Friday night when he was asked to leave Bryan's Luke's 32 Bridge bar.

Strain told his fraternity brothers that he planned to return to their hotel, but the St. Louis Post—Dispatch reported that he may have gotten lost.

On Tuesday, the Metro Nashville Police Department released a video of Strain crossing 1st Ave North to Gay St (right to left) at 9:47 p.m. on Friday. They are asking anyone with information about him to give them a call.

Strain is 6 feet 5 inches, 160 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. The evening he disappeared, he was wearing brown boots, jeans, and a black-and-white shirt.

Mizzou officials have been in contact with Strain's family and Nashville law enforcement since the disappearance.

"The safety of our community is our highest priority," said Angela King Taylor, interim vice chancellor for Student Affairs, in a statement.

"Our thoughts are with Riley's family as the search continues. We will be offering any support to them that we can, and we encourage anyone who needs help to reach out to our counseling resources."

"It's so hard," his mother, Michelle Whiteid, told WSMV. "I just need to know where my son is."

His stepfather, Christopher Whiteid, calls the situation a "nightmare."
