Anheuser-Busch is launching a compelling Memorial Day offer to bounce back from the Dylan Mulvaney scandal that negatively impacted Bud Light sales.

In certain circumstances, Bud Light is now providing consumers with significant rebates that result in free beer.

Bud Light's "summer rebate" marketing runs through May 31 to enhance Memorial Day weekend pleasure. Customers may get a $15 refund when they buy a 15-pack of Bud Light, Budweiser, Budweiser Select, or Budweiser Select 55, according to the New York Post.

For comparison's sake, a 15-pack of Bud Light costs the same as a 15-pack of Budweiser on Target's website: $12.99.

Customers must provide barcode and receipt photos to get the rebate. An electronic prepaid card delivered to the customer's residence will include the rebate.

Some local merchants sell 15-packs or more of these Budweiser products for less than $15, making them free following the rebate (minus tax and state constraints).

Before the end of the month, customers have the option to submit up to two rebate requests. May 17-23 and May 24-31 are the submission windows. By June 14, rebate applications must be filed, per Daily Mail.

Bud Light Sales Suffer Huge Drop Amid Dylan Mulvaney Scandal

The Anheuser-Busch brand and Bud Light products have suffered from negative publicity due to their affiliation with transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney. Such substantial price cuts and rebate offers are in reaction to this controversy.

Dylan Mulvaney promoted her "365 Days of Girlhood" Bud Light campaign by appearing in videos holding the can with her image. Anheuser-Busch's clarified that the can was not meant for sale to the general public.

However, conservative organizations started boycotting campaigns against the beer brand. According to Bump Williams Consulting, sales of Bud Light dropped 23.6% compared to purchases one year ago, according to Fox News.

Anheuser-Busch has taken action to help wholesalers manage unsold goods to offset the negative effect on sales. The corporation is buying expiring Bud Light cases from liquor stores to make up for consumers upset by Dylan Mulvaney's Bud Light campaign.
