Kim Kardashian, Kanye West Prenup Details: Rapper Wants Baby Clause, Offers to Pay Fiancé $5 Mill for Second Child?

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are reportedly trying to figure out the details of their ironclad prenup. According to Now magazine, the "Yeezus" rapper is so determined to have another child that he's included a baby clause.

A source revealed that West wants his fiancé to sign on the dotted line and agree to at least try and get pregnant with a second child. The two are already parents to 8-month-old North West. Reportedly, if Kardashian does give West another child, he will give her $5 million.

"Kim and Kanye have ferocious lawyers and are both insisting on all kinds of clauses before they tie the knot," a source told the magazine. "They're expected to keep their respective fortunes but share equally what they'll earn during their married life together."

"Kanye's insisting there's a provision in the prenup that Kim must try to get pregnant with at least one more child," the source added. "As an incentive, he'll give her $5 million for one more child and $10 million for two."

The 33-year-old "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" and said that she did want to have more kids but wasn't crazy about being pregnant again.

"I've always wanted about six [kids]. After having [North], I would have a million," she said.

"I wouldn't wish [pregnancy] upon anyone. Anyone," she added. "It's all worth it in the end, so I would definitely suffer through that. But pregnancy was not a good experience for me at all."

The source told Now that Kardashian has included her own clause and wants "Kanye" to consider a reality series with her and to limit his time away from home."

According to a report by OK! Magazine, Kris Jenner is involved in the prenup process and has advised her daughter to add a cheating clause.

"Kris wants to make sure that it is absolutely clear that if Kanye strays, he pays," the source said.
