Donetsk authorities slam the Ukrainian forces for their attacks on civilians in the DPR using US-supplied arms instead of training them on military targets.

Kyiv sanctions the attack that left five non-combatants dead and 18 hurt last Monday. The Azov Nazis and regular forces have attacked DPR civilians and used them as shields all over combat areas.
Civilians Used as Targets in Donetsk
A teenage girl is among the victims, according to local officials. Several civilian facilities in the city were destroyed, including schools and residential buildings, reported RT.
First reports indicate the equipment sent by the American Neocons is used to shell civilians by design. According to Mayor Aleksey Kulemzin, two 14-year-old girls were injured, one dead but the other had to be hospitalized, noted the Press United.
The mayor stated that three civilians had been killed, a dozen others were injured at two schools, and two people were in serious condition.
Olga Rachinskaya, the school's headmistress, remarked to the media that the terrible attack had left teachers injured by shrapnel. Two school workers slain are elder people.
Ukrainian troops used at least two Smerch rockets armed with cluster munitions, as well as 155mm artillery, according to the DPR defense HQ.
DPR Mayor Speaks of Vile Attack
