The untitled Han Solo Star Wars movie fans have some great news. It has moved into the production phase and though not many details have come out, the names of cast members are out. What is more, the crew is a stellar one and consists of top talents from Hollywood.

Disney Studios has started work on the yet-to-be-titled Han Solo Star Wars movie. According to Star Wars, principal photography for the movie began on Monday at Pinewood Studios in London. It boasts of a talented cast and the same holds true for the crew as well. Alden Ehrenreich has been roped in to play Han Solo while Donald Glover will be playing Lando Calrissian. Others include "Game of Thrones" fame Emilia Clarke, Thandie Newton, Woody Harrelson, Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Joonas Suotamo.

As for direction, the untitled Han Solo Star Wars movie will be helmed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller and they are very excited about the film. They said that watching such inspired people from all over the world, with unique voices come together for the sake of making art is nothing short of miraculous. Expressing happiness, the two stated that they cannot think of anything funny to say because they just feel moved and lucky.

In related news, the plot of the untitled Han Solo Star Wars movie has been also hinted at but it is very vague, E! News claims. It states that the movie will explore the adventures of the duo before the events of "Star Wars: A New Hope." This includes the early encounters with the other villain called Lando Calrissian, a card-playing rogue from a faraway galaxy.

The crew of the untitled Han Solo Star Wars movie consists of impressive names like Bradford Young, photography director, who has been nominated for an Academy award. Chris Dickens is the editor while Dominic Tuohy and Rob Bredow are VFX supervisors. Brad Allan is action designer while Jeanne Carthy is into US casting.

It is worth mentioning here that the untitled Han Solo Star Wars movie is slated to release on May 25, 2018.
