Another wild trade rumor is hitting the headlines nowadays. As the February trade deadline is approaching, many teams are still looking in the trade market hoping to land a plausible deal for them. Now, reports are spreading that the Detroit Pistons and Los Angeles Lakers are said to be on a rumored deal that involves notable players like Brandon Ingram, Julius Randle, Marcus Morris and others.

The Lakers have a great start in the early going of the season but just recently, they stumble to eight straight losses and haven't won a single game since the beginning of December. And now, some are saying that they should make a tweak on their lineup in order to salvage their campaign while it is still early. Thus, a rumored deal was in the news today and seems to be on discussion already.

According to Jobs & Hire, since the Los Angeles Lakers seem to be open of trading three of its key players, they are said to be reaching out to the Detroit Pistons for a possible trade deal. Trade scenario is saying that the Lakers will send Brandon Ingram, Julius Randle, and Lou Williams to the Piston in exchange for Marcus Morris, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, and Stanley Johnson.

Most pundits disagree with this trade as Ingram and Randle are potential superstars for the Lakers in the future while Williams is leading the team in points (19.2) and second both in assists (3.3) and steals (1.36). But some still insists that if the Lakers are looking for a viable deal option, the trade to the Piston is reasonable.

Morris and Caldwell-Pope are solid dependable players that can immediately give a boost the Lakers' offense and defense while Johnson could be mold to a be a great player playing alongside D'Angelo Russell and Jordan Clarkson. Though all three players are not superstars, they can still make a big contribution to the Lakers campaign if given the chance and equal minutes.

On a separate report by Mobile & Apps, both teams will truly benefit from this trade. Having Ingram, Randle and Williams will give the Pistons tremendous defensive players on the court and improve their game plan in the ongoing season. All three players will surely help center Andre Drummond and point guard Reggie Jackson to make the Pistons' lineup more potent.
