Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner may be separated for quite awhile now but the former couple stays in good terms. In fact, while promoting his latest film, "Live by Night," the "Justice League" star described that "Alias" actress as the "world's greatest mom." Will there be a possible reconciliation between the two?

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner decided to part their ways in 2015. More than a year has passed, the "Argo" actor still praises his strange wife. Is he still in love with the 44-year-old actress?

Ben Affleck joined the Times Talk at the NYU Skirball Center for Performing Arts on Monday and openly talked about his career and private life. In fact, the 44-year-old actor revealed that in spite of having prestigious awards, his greatest accomplishment is to be a father of his three children - Violet (11), Seraphina (7), and Samuel (4) - with Jennifer Garner.

"In my career or otherwise, it is the birth of my children. The entrance of my children into the world," Ben Affleck said, per People. "It's a joy to hang out with them. I think the meaning of life is to make good people." Of course, he didn't forget Jennifer Garner when he said that she's the "world's greatest mom."

In fact, in an interview with E! News in March, Ben Affleck even described Jennifer Garner as a "superhero mom." The father-of-three even admitted that he is a lucky guy to have her as his partner and a co-parent to their kids.

However, in a statement made by Jennifer Garner, fans hope of a possible reconciliation between the former couple simply went down. The "Daredevil" actress said that they remain "great friends" and they have no choice but to stay as good pals for their children.

Jennifer Garner added that she and Ben Affleck are now only co-parenting as a team. Although this might look strange to some, for the ex-pair it is the right thing to do and they are doing it "really well."
