Zack Snyder's Justice League 2 is set to be released next year, he's working on this movie for the Warner Bros. There are many significant challenges to this movie but the main one is to see more of Ben Affleck as The Batman.

The question arises as to when will the solo Batman movie arrive? The answer is reportedly revealed by Warner Bros as they are set to release Justice League 2 in favor of Ben Affleck's  Batman movie.

The news arrives which confirms that Warner Bros. will bump back Justice League 2, which is set to come out on June 14, 2019, for the Batman movie. The report didn't clarify if the first solo Batman movie in the DC Extended Universe would be coming out on that same release date, but it seems like a safe bet.

Latest reports are circulating that The Batman will be shooting soon. So, it makes sense for Warner Bros. to get the date of the film around 2018.

THR, in addition, is also noting that Zack Snyder is still intent on directing Justice League 2, whenever Warner Bros. decides to move with it. However, since the movie has been pushed back, it has left an opening in his schedule and he will instead be directing The Last Photograph, an Afghanistan war movie which he has been developing for quite some time.

As for The Batman movie, there has been equal excitement and anxiety in recent months. Ben Affleck was pestered about the movie for the DCEU. At one point, he seemingly revealed that the title of the movie would be The Batman, but shortly after that, he took a step back and made it seem as though The Batman wasn't totally, one-hundred percent happening at the moment.

Warner Bros. have been shifting things around quite often and trying to go with the flow of their DC Comics movies. There has been high reception about The Batman movie, it will release before Justice League 2. So, it will give Zack Snyder more time to build the Justice League movie.
