Harrison Ford punched Ryan Gosling during a fight scene in Blade Runner 2049, the upcoming sequel to the 1982 classic. It was painful, but not for Gosling.

It was rather painful for Ford who accidentally punched his co-actor during the fight scene. When the production guys saw Gosling get punched, they brought ice for his face. The funny part was that Ford pushed the Canadian actor away and used the ice for his fist.

The shooting of the film has been going on in Hungary where Ford is back with his character as Rick Deckard.

While Gosling said that the veteran actor did apologize for accidentally punching him. But, he did it in his own style. Ford apparently brought a bottle of scotch later on. The La La Land actor half-expected that Ford would eventually come up with an apology. He thought they were going to share the bottle. But, he was wrong again.

Ford took out a glass from his pocket and poured Gosling a glass. He then walked way with the bottle in his hand. Ford must have thought that he did not connect enough with Gosling to gift him an entire bottle, Gosling said.

"He's been an inspiration to everyone-everyone is doing push-ups now and taking an interest in their fitness," Gosling told GQ about Ford's fitness.

Denis Villeneuve, the director of the film, asked Gosling to think of the positive aspect of the entire incident. "Look at it this way - you just got hit by Indiana Jones," Villeneuve told his actor.

Gosling, who happens to be a fan of Harrison Ford, talked about the irony of meeting your heroes. While people are advised against meeting their heroes, Gosling believes one must meet their hero if he happens to be Harrison Ford. Gosling then called the veteran a "cool moth******er."

Ryan Gosling is a part of La La Land which has got seven Golden Globe nominations. Composer Justin Hurwitz said that Emma Stone and Gosling inspired him to create the music, Entertainment Tonight reported.
