Angelina Jolie wants Brad Pitt tested for drugs and alcohol, four times a month as a precondition for seeing the kids. This report seems to be true since Pitt insisted on more visitation time with his kids.

An attorney for Jolie, Laura Wasser, filed the order which is a violation of a privacy agreement according to Pitt's lawyers. Parts of the "Stipulation," disclose family therapy sessions of the ex-couple with their kids and a psychologist trying to sync a visitation schedule for the "Allied" actor.

Brad's lawyer, Lance Spiegel, claims that the unauthorized filing was a knee-jerk reaction from the Angelina Jolie camp because his client had asked for more visitation time with his kids. He said that his soon to be ex-wife had refused to enter into any kind of agreement and instead disregarded "a confidentiality agreement expressly designed" to protect the kids.

In a statement, Pitt said that the RFO became apparent when it became hard to reach a child custody compromise with his soon to be ex-wife. He also added that it was crucial to keep all court records away from the public eye for the well-being of the children.

The Hollywood star believes that kids should be protected from embarrassment and stigma resulting from public access to information about their emotional state and their relationships with their parents.

"I am extremely concerned that if court records regarding custody are not sealed, the information therein will cause irreparable damage to our children's rights. I am respectfully requesting that all custody-related pleadings be sealed."

An attorney for Jolie in an email response to Brad's lawyer had revealed that they were left with no options, but to push the "October Stipulation," after his client insisted on more time with the children, despite reservations from therapists in charge of the visitations.

Laura Wasser wrote that Spiegel made it clear that Pitt intends to file an RFO for increased custodial time next week and that nothing the therapists say during our meeting on Monday will change his position. Consequently, they will be filing this Stipulation as they have repeatedly attempted to avoid any court intervention. She added that Brad's position has made that impossible.

Lance Spiegel responded that the Stipulation would reveal classified information about the kids regarding their therapy sessions and the names of the therapists for that matter. He believes that a full disclosure of that type of information would have severe implications. Pitt's legal team even included assertions from psychologist Phillip Stahl to buttress their stand.

The psychologist agreed that the records should be sealed for the sake of the kids. Stahl, an expert witness across 18 California counties, said that in his experience, kids were mentally scarred when made exposed to conflict between their parents and the adult details of a divorce. He added that the dangers of such damaging information could make the kids take sides or become estranged from one parent.

The attempt of the actor's legal team to block custody issues between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt from going public was denied by the judge.
