Now that Cartoon Network's comical "Justice League Action" is set for an official December premiere, new trailers have been suiting up all over the internet. A new international trailer has been released which introduced a few new heroes on the roster that we haven't heard yet as Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman take on some of the DC universe's biggest bad guys.

New and old unite

"Justice League Action" has released its brand-new trailer for the upcoming premiere, highlighting not only Mark Hamill's reprising role as the Joker but also new JL members like Zatanna and returning ones like the Flash.

The series will officially premiere with a four-part special on Dec. 16 at 6:00 P.M., with new episodes starting Saturday mornings on Cartoon Network starting Dec. 24.

Synopsis sneak peek

In the very, first episode titled "Shazam Slam," the villainous Black Adam fights Batman on the Rock of Eternity and unleashes a horde of Djinn that strives to turn the Earth back to its pre-human, volcanic state.

Affected by the out-of-this-world powers of these monsters, Batman becomes possessed and is turned into a giant flying monster as well, laying waste to the Hall of Justice. Only Superman is capable of taking the fight to the Dark Knight. One by one, the Justice League must hunt down and defeat each Djinn in order to yet again save the world from total annihilation.

The new Justice League Action also features among its voice cast Patton Oswalt (Space Cabby), Hannibal Buress (Mr. Terrific), Ken Jeong (Toyman), Diedrich Bader (Booster Gold), Rachel Kimsey (Wonder Woman), James Woods (Lex Luthor), Jason Lewis (Superman), Sean Astin (Shazam), John DiMaggio (Lobo) and P.J.
