All the fans of 'The Big Bang Theory' who were looking for a glimmer of hope with regard to Season 11 can finally have some. It is reported that the CBS show is moving towards the next season as Kaley Cuoco, Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki who had held up their contract renewal have decided to go for it.

Johnny Galecki and Kaley Cuoco, the lead stars of the show, are said to have decided in favor of renewing their contracts, reports Mobile & Apps. The deadlock over salary negotiations has been resolved and the actors have given the green signal to the showrunners and shooting may presume in some time.

Notably, it was the actors' demand for raise in their salaries that had led to a delay in Season 11 announcement. The already well-paid stars were asking for new contracts with higher salaries which led to problems for the producers. It became difficult for them to bear the high cost of production. For those who do not know, each episode of the show costs around $9 million.

However, now that the deadlock is said to be over, fans can look forward with some hope and when one takes into account the comments of actor Jim Parsons and CBS President Glenn Geller, one has more reasons to be optimistic, reports TV Line. The former has said that if the opportunity for going past Season 10 is presented to him, he would not say no against the show.

Expressing happiness over the show's creative quotient maintaining its flavor, he stated that the stories that come out are still so much fun to play that there is no drudgery aspect to this. As for Geller, he had said that the network was confident that everyone involved wants more Big Bang past year 10 and he knew that Warner Bros will make those deals. According to him, CBS would put it on for as long as everyone wants the show on air and he hoped that it lasts forever.

Well, the prospects do seem bright for Season 11 but fans must not harbor too many hopes until an announcement is made by the showrunners.
