While some fans may have thought that Hollywood A-list couple Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have a perfect relationship, one thing they miss to know is that the actress and the country singer are just like any ordinary couples out there who have struggles in their marriage.

Just recently, the Rabbit Hole actress opened up about her experience with her husband's recovery from alcohol addiction. The actress shared on an interview the struggles she and the country singer had and the lessons she learned from the experience so far.

According to a report from People Magazine, on the recent The Jess Cagle Interview, Kidman revealed that she had to force Urban to get help as the singer had a serious problem coping up from alcohol. She said that she thought all could work if she constantly tells Urban that she will always be there for him no matter what, but the reality is she can't do anything unless he will do the work.

The actress said, "'If you don't, then that's it.' It's not easy, but there's an extraordinary life if you do get there through help." Kidman additionally said that none of us can save a human being because they had to be the one to save themselves and all we can do is give them love and support.

According to The Sun, the 'Blue Ain't Your Color' singer had checked himself into a rehabilitation facility called Betty Ford Center in Palm Springs, on 2007 in which his wife told him that he could not help him anymore if he does not help himself.

But the situation had made the couple's marriage stronger as they have been blessed with two children during their 10 years (and counting) marriage. And the divorce rumors are not anywhere closer to the truth.

And Urban is nothing but happy, proud and thankful for his wife's support throughout the process. In an interview with Rolling Stones, the singer mentioned about thinking of quitting life because of the struggles he had and the problem would then seemed to stay forever.

But he said that his wife was always there for him and encouraged him all the time. He said that he felt he was 'born into her' and that was how he managed to cope up with the addiction.

Keith Urban even emotionally praised his wife Nicole Kidman amid all the divorce rumors swirling online. He said, "Nicole listened to her heart and did what she felt was the right thing to do. To see that kind of love in action, that's very moving and deeply inspiring and just makes me want to be a better man."
