Android 7.0 Nougat arrives to the users of Motorola Moto Z Droid and Moto Z Droid Force smartphones. Though, the update is not officially announced by Verizon, but some lucky Verizon branded Moto Z Droid and Moto Z Droid Force smartphone users received the OTA notification for Android 7.0 Nougat update.

According to GSM Arena, Android 7.0 Nougat update received for the Verizon branded Moto Z and Moto Z Force owners will be confirm the update by downloading it. It is reported that the Android 7.0 Nougat OTA update received by the users is NCL26.86-11 for the Z Force Droid and NCL25.86-11 for the Moto Z Droid.

The Android 7.0 Nougat OTA update received measures in at around 1,500MB and it has an estimated install time of 20 minutes. It is cautioned that the smartphone usually gets heated up while downloading and installing the Android 7.0 Nougat OTA update and advices to take the covers off in-order to cool the handset.

It is also reported that the OTA update received has an installation notes mentioning new Android Nougat features like split-screen, App quick-switching mode which can performed by a double tap on the app switcher to switch between your two most recent apps.

If the user do not receive Android 7.0 Nougat OTA update notification, then user shall go to Settings > System updates > Check for system update.
