Battlefront will be having an update!

It was recently reported that the popular video game "Star Wars Battlefront," will finally be getting some much-needed updates anytime soon.

The balance update will be dropping just right after the "Rogue One" DLC and other new contents will arrive in December. To be more specific, it has been cited on a tweet by Electronic Arts' DICE Associate Design Director Dennis Brännvall that their team is well on their way to delivering the upcoming balance patch, along with the game's movie tie-in Rogue One DLC and its very first VR experience.

The update will bring mixed emotion to players

However, a lot of game analysts gave some opinions that current players of "Star Wars Battlefront" might have some mixed reactions to this. For one, the source noted that it might be good since the game seems to be currently broken due to the number of bugs and glitches that have hindered certain game modes.

On another end, avid fans who have endured the gameplay loop might not be welcoming these new changes. Aside from the balance update that will improve and address certain issues in Star Wars Battlefront, one thing for sure is that fans will be getting some added content once the Rogue One DLC hits this coming holidays.

Some missions will be playable through VR

It was already reported that fans of the game will be excited to hear that the Rogue One DLC will be adding a new map on its Season Pass and also put players in an exclusive VR mission through the PSVR. It was also confirmed that the Star Wars Battlefront Rogue One: X-Wing VR Mission will take place at the same time times as of its prequel.
