"The Night Manager" alum Conor McCarry joined the cast as the older Jamie Murray while Hanna James and Tanya Reynolds has been cast as the Dunsany sisters for "Outlander" Season 3. Also, Starz Network has released the official plot summary and preview trailer clip for the premiere episode.

The Night Manager" alum Conor McCarry has landed a significant role in "Outlander" Season 3. McCarry will portray the role of the older version of young Jamie Murray.

Jamie is the son of Jenny (Laura Donnelly) and Ian Murray (Steven Cree), Daily Record reports.

In addition to that, Starz Network has finally found the actresses who will portray the role of the Dunsany sisters. According to E! Online, "Mercy Street" actress Hanna James will play as Geneva Dunsany while "Delicious" alum Tanya Reynolds will play the role of Isobel Dunsany.

Hanna's role is described as a beautiful spoiled brat with a headstrong and demanding attitude. While Tanya's role is the opposite as she possess a friendly personality who is very compassionate to others.

As for the official plot synopsis of the premiere episode of "Outlander" Season 3, Den of Geek notes, "Now that Claire Randall (Caitriona Balfe) is pregnant, she is having a hard time with the fallout of her sudden reappearance and its effect on her marriage to her first husband, Frank Randall (Tobias Menzies).

Meanwhile, during the 18th century, Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan) suffers from the effect of his doomed last stand at the historic battle of Culloden, as well as the loss of Claire. As the years pass, Jamie and Claire tried to live life separately, each haunted by the memory of their lost love."

The production for "Outlander" Season 3 started in Scotland around August 2016 and will move to South Africa in 2017. The newest season premieres on April 1, 2017, first and exclusive on Starz Network.
