JCPenney stores will open on Thanksgiving Day at 3 p.m till 5 p.m. Then, on Black Friday at 6 a.m. The online sale, however, will start at midnight on November 23.

Moreover, JCPenney is offering a pre Black Friday deals both online and in stores until November 19. The company will also offer special online deals from November 20 to 22.
