In the latest Brangelina divorce updates and news, some court papers were exposed and from there, the public and the fans were informed on the status of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's divorce battle.

When Brad Pitt filed for the legal response last Friday to Angelina Jolie's divorce petition, the court at least gave a clear view of where this shocking split will be leading.

When Pitt already filed for the response, the court exposed to the public the court documents which can be found and read in this link as per Radar Online. When this court documents were made public, some started to notice the similarities of Brad and Angelina's filings.

One of these similarities, according to ET News is that the fillings are really similar except for the custody case. In Brad's response, he requested for the joint legal and physical custody of their six children. Apart from notable exceptions, the court documents would show that Pitt's filing is very similar to Jolie's initial filing.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt list September 15, 2016 as the date of separation and the reason they both cited was irreconcilable differences. Further, bot Brad and Angie are requesting to compensate for their respective attorney fees and there are no mentions of spousal or child support.

However, the other difference observed is in terms of property. Angelina Jolie mentioned in her petition the specific properties to be given to her while Pitt here has not even claimed a single property. But it has been rumored before that Pitt will not even allow any of his properties to be awarded to Jolie, the properties he acquired before their marriage.

Meanwhile, in the course of the Brangelina divorce battle, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie entered a voluntary safety plan which is scheduled to expire on October 20 but the expiration has been extended.
