AMD has released the Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.11.1 that will offer support for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and the Remastered version of the game, additionally to a DirectX 11 CrossFire profile for Titan fall 2.

Recently AMD has issued a press release announcing the latest version of its Radeon Software Crimson Edition that includes the drivers supporting the entire line of AMD Radeon GPUs. The update brings the software to version 16.11.1 and provides a bunch of improvements.

First is the support for two upcoming PC gaming titles out of which the one is an update of an existing popular game and another is the anxiously awaited next chapter in the same franchise. The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, reports Digital Trends.

The other title which received some additional support is Titanfall 2. For this AMD has added Crossfire support for DirectX 11 which will help in enabling the support of more than one GPU working in tandem to optimize performance.

The latest Radeon Software Crimson Edition includes a number of fixes for the software's system-level functionality. AMD XConnect technology has been improved and also it will now allow Microsoft Office applications to transition to an integrated GPU when moving to battery power.

The WattMan feature which was creating problem should now run without error. Also the OBS screen capture function in this latest software should no longer stutter after capturing video for extended periods., reports TomsHardware.
