This season, it does not seem that the Dallas Cowboys will make any roster movement. Jerry Jones, the owner of the team has not expressed interest in any of the trade deals, inspite of the rumors that suggested that he is eyeing Cameron Wake, the defensive end of Dolphins.

The rumors mills have been churning stories that the Cowboys had an interest in having Wake in the team. But, it seems that it will remain as a rumor only. This is because Jones has declined the offer of having Wake in the team due to his high price.

Notably, Jones turned down the offer immediately due to the steep price. And since then the Cowboys have not shown any interest in trade deals. It also hints that the owner is pretty much happy with the standing of the team and did not even use Darren McFadden on the trading block, reports Sportsragerous.

In NFC East, the Cowboys have a 6-1 record and Dak Prescott, the rookie quarterback also proved that he has the nerves to face any crucial match.

Other rumors also suggested that the team would see the comeback of Tony Romo, but again Jones dismissed the idea of bringing back the veteran player. Moreover, speculation regarding the trade of Sheldon Richardson was also put to rest by Jones.

Jones has expressed his contentment with the team and has further stated that the team will remain the same until the end of the season, claims Cowboys Wire.

It is worth mentioning here that the Cowboys have a reputation for being a team who makes calculative steps and no decisions are made quickly. This completely justifies Jones' responses to the NFL trade rumors without hesitation.

It is true that the addition of Wake to the team would help the Cowboys to aim higher, but the owner is confident about the existing team. Additionally, Jones wants to reserve their pick for future stars, who with their star quality would let the Cowboys attain a spot in the Super Bowl.
