The Vogue U.K. cover for December issue has Johnny Depp and his former longtime love, model Vanessa Paradis daughter Lily-Rose Depp.

Lily-Rose, told the British edition of the magazine on whose cover she appears for the first time, that since her parents never really laid down any stern rules while growing up, she never felt the need to rebel as a teenager.

She said: "My parents weren't very strict,"

Further she added, "They've always trusted me to be independent and make my own decisions. There wasn't really anything to rebel against."

The Edward Scissorhands actor, 53 and Paradis 43 who were never married but always maintained cordial relationship after their split in 2012, have however given a lesson or two it seems to their children.

Lily-Rose seemed to be aware of being cautious on social-media platforms and also keeping a mystery element about her life alive in the age of social media.

When asked about her Instagram usage she said that she has never 'like revealing too much' about herself. She said that people want to know more and more about ones life once they have seen it.

"I've really stopped using it in a personal way," she says of Instagram.

However, the style muse did bent her rules when she shared her latest cover of Vogue U.K. magazine with her 2.2 million followers.

While she did make a very conscious effort of keeping her social media posts strictly business-related, she bent her own rules when she posted a picture with a caption, "December @britishvogue cover shot by @bruce_weber ❤️!!!" she captioned an image of her gorgeous cover. "Thank you so much, such a dream come true! And thank you to the best team #joemckenna @aarondemey1#didiermalige ❣️"

In May, Lily posted a picture with Johnny Depp whose caption read, "My dad is the sweetest most loving person I know, he's been nothing but a wonderful father to my little brother and I," she wrote alongside a throwback pic of herself and her dad, "and everyone who knows him would say the same ❤."
