The divorce of former Hollywood A-list couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt has been in the headlines for weeks now. Since their separation announcement last September, their eventual feud over their six children had been tailed with the headlines.

It has been dramatic since the very beginning and this time around. Latest reports have it that the actress is setting a new rule for Pitt. The rule includes allowing the actor to have visits with their children but with the supervision of the former couple's family therapist.

Celebrity Dirty Laundry has reported that the World War Z actor had finally seen his kids for the first time since Jolie's filing of divorce on September.

A source via the aforementioned source said, "Brad had had tears in his eyes and tried to hold it together because he didn't want them to get upset because he was crying. The visit was gut-wrenching: Vivienne and Zahara both started crying."

According to the Daily Mail, Brad Pitt saw two out of six children he has with the Maleficent actress. The visit was reported to be beyond emotional, with the children crying and realizing their family will never be the same again as it was before. The source also mentioned that Pitt was desperate to make a deal with his former wife, who currently has the custody of all their children.

The supervised visits reportedly affected the 52-year old actor. Jolie had been praising the actor and acknowledging his great parenting skills for the past years. But this time, the tide has turned. According to TMZ, Jolie apparently became fed up with the actor's consumption of weed and alcohol. She felt that his habit could lead to a possible danger for their children.

Sources have revealed that Brad Pitt is currently living near his family's home in Hollywood Hills and that he is presently battling for equal custody of their six children with Angelina Jolie.
