"Touched with Fire" star Katie Holmes and actor-singer Jamie Foxx have been romantically linked with each other since 2013. Since Holmes' divorce with Cruise in 2012, which sparked media attention, fans have then started to link the "Django Unchained" actor to Holmes when they were seen in a party together.

It has been previously reported that part of the divorce agreement between the former A-lister Hollywood couple was for the actress to prevent from dating any other guy for five years after the divorce.

Technically, Holmes will be allowed to start dating someone in 2017. But it seems like the agreement is about to be broken.

Gamenguide has reported that the 37-year-old actress had signed the agreement involving the payment of $5 million for herself and an additional $4.8 million for child support for their daughter, Suri. Holmes and Foxx have reportedly been keeping their relationship private for three years because of this.

But this time, it seems like the actress has to return the money to her ex-husband in accordance to the deal. The actress had apparently broke the agreement as it had been only four years since the divorce happened.

According to Inquisitr, the engagement rumor between Holmes and Foxx emerged when the actress was seen with a new ring in January. The rumored couple has been seen together a lot of times, including the recent Barbra Streisand concert, where the two reportedly spent time with each other on Foxx's dressing room.

On the other hand, Cruise reportedly does not care about his former wife's dating status. But a source tells that "he doesn't mind getting his $5 million back."

Additionally, a report from Chatt Sports Net suggests that Cruise has already revealed his approval for the said wedding and mentioned that a stable family would be best for Suri. Because of his approval, a November wedding has reportedly been planned for Foxx and Holmes.

However, some sources have contradicted the issue, saying that neither Foxx nor Holmes confirm the rumor. As of this posting, fans are only waiting for their official statements.
