OnePlus 3 has proven to be a successful launch this year. The premium features and the affordable price made for a fabulous combination and fans of the Chinese smartphone would be delighted to know that the next model i.e. OnePlus 4 would be a notch higher in all respects.

The upcoming OnePlus 4 is expected to come in big packages, reports iTech Post. People have high hopes for this upcoming model, expected to be launched by June 2017, and they believe that it would be ruling the tech world. While some features such as USB-C Port and NFC support from OnePlus 3 will be carried on, major work has been done on aspects such as resolution, video experience, built and internal storage.

OnePlus 4 is expected to have the same 5.5-inch display but the resolution has been increased from 1080 x 1920 pixels to 1440 x 2560 pixels. This has been done to give a better virtual reality experience to the users. It would also strengthen movie streaming and gaming experience. To give the display more edge, it has been also provided with an Optic AMOLED that would produce 4K display quality. The body will also have a sleeker look as it would sport a chic and compact metal frame.

Coming to speed and performance, there are very high chances of OnePlus 4 using Qualcomm Snapdragon 830 instead of Snapdragon 821. RAM is also expected to witness an increment and it might exceed the 6 GB RAM of OnePlus 3 by 2 GB, which would make it stand at 8 GB. The best thing is that it would come loaded with Android Nougat 7.0, the latest operating system, set to be launched by Google this month.

In terms of memory too, there is good news as OnePlus 4 will have 32 GB storage capacity, expandable up to 265 GB with the help of a micro SD slot. There would be a 4,000 mAh battery and thus, the phone is sure to last longer. Last but not the least, the camera must see an up-gradation and it is expected to be enhanced with an 8MP front camera and a 23MP rear camera.
