According to recent reports, Chris Brown has said many times that Drake is not Rihanna's type and that he is a "boring mama's boy." Now that the two are officially over, Brown is trying to win his lady love back. But the reports indicated that Rihanna will not look back to her unsuccessful relationships. A source close to the Barbadian singer said that she made a mistake in the past and is not willing to reignite relationship with Brown.

The source also pointed out that while she is open to being friends, Brown will certainly be disappointed if he is looking for more than that.

The news about Brown trying to rekindle old romance came after the 27-year-old rapper, who dated Rihanna for two years in 2007, tried to woo her back by sending her and her family gifts on her recent trip to Barbados. He sent toys for the kids, booze and flowers for others etc. Brown is trying to win over her family to get Rihanna to love him back, a source said.

The source also added that Brown thinks that her breakup from Drake is his opportunity to get her back in his life. He thinks that the two belong together.

In previous reports, it came to light that Drake and Rihanna's candle-in-the-wind sort of relationship ended within two months of dating. While they were together, the couple never wasted an opportunity to indulge in some public display of affection for the paparazzi.

While this may be an end to their short-lived romance, this certainly doesn't mean that the singer is not close to Drake anymore. They may still end up together, but now is not the time.

For now, Drake and Rihanna are not exclusively in a relationship and are dating other people at the moment. However, they are still in each other's lives in whatever capacity.

As far as getting back with Brown is concerned, Rihanna has already slammed her exes in a social media post saying that none of her old-boyfriends are in a happy relationship or marriage, so she is happy to know that it was never Rihanna's fault.
