It's pretty surprising to learn that there is a new androidwear hardware from HTC. The Taiwanese firm is known for manufacturing smartphones and the widely popular Vive virtual reality headset. Now, it will reportedly bring HTC smartwatch.

However, HTC had other plans, too. It seems like HTC wanted to step in to something new which seems like it'll work out gradually. We'll get to enjoy a slight insight of the same.

HTC will now be releasing a new androidwear eligible smartwatch in the coming weeks. It's surprising because of a report of Google delaying development for their proprietary software until next year with an indefinite time line.

But 9to5google, a dedicated Google website, has now reported of the leak about the new HTC smartwatch being talked about.  It will be the debutant smartwatch that will be coming to the markets from the Taiwanese firm.

The same reports confirm that the hardware will be named "Halfbeak". The site contains the leaked pictures where one can see the supposed partnership with Under Armour. It's clear that underarmour are undoubtedly one of the best fitness oriented brands out there competing with others.

Coming to the watch itself, it appears that a black and red combo of the watch strap is believed as one of the colour choices at the time of purchase. While the images in the dark are unclear, the site further mentions that it contains three buttons. These are probably used to swap between applications or used for other purposes.

For the time being, there's no official sight of it yet nor HTC has confirmed it. The hardware seems to be running off Android v5.1.1. But it's too early to conclude about everything regarding the hardware. It looks like just a prototype and not an almost-finished product. The device as a whole looks beautiful.

That red and black combination is one of fan favourites and ti is pretty much exciting to see something like that finally being implemented by the OEM itself.  Previously, users had to use other websites like Colorware to have own hardware customized. The HTC Smart Watch fitness tracker should be coming with most of the features that its competitor is sold with.
