Comic book fans must be thrilled as more revelations surfaced about the next installment to the Marvel franchise "Wolverine." There have been a lot of revelations recently regarding the third film of Wolverine. One is Boyd Holbrook playing a character named Donald Pierce.

On the first week of October, director James Mangold and lead star Hugh Jackman revealed the title for the film, "Logan". The title was included in a poster that displays a small hand of a child holding Logan's clawed hand.

What's in it for Wolverine 3?

According to an insider from the production, the girl in the poster is a young mutant. Mutant births are terribly decreasing in 2024 that people wonder why. The film follows "Transigen," a government-type operation that is turning mutant children into murderous weapons. The girl in the poster has two claws instead of Logan's three. He ends up mentoring her.

According to a report, Sienna Novikov plays the young mutant girl in the picture by the name of Laura. Multiple sources confirmed through comic-books that a character named Laura exists and is the mutant with two claws known to be X-23.

X-23 has the same powers with Wolverine including his reflexes, speed, senses, superhuman strength, and regenerative healing. Most notably, she has adamantium-coated claws in her hands and feet.

A photo released on Monday on Instagram showed Pierce, the character of Holbrook, the head of security for a global corporation names Transigen.

Behind Transigen is a mad scientist named Dr. Zander Rice. Rice will be played by Richard E. Grant, as stated by the insider.

Rice is the son of Dale Rice who was part of the original Weapon X Project who is now trying to recreate the Weapon X procedure which in turn creates X-23.

Logan will be available in theaters on March 3, 2017.
