The last installment in the "Resident Evil" series, "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter" is currently under production, with Milla re-creating possibly her last role for the much-loved movie trilogy. Jovovich said that the franchise has been more than just a movie for her, as it helped her to grow not only as a celebrity, but also improved her level of maturity opening new thoughts and better opportunities for her. She thanked the Resident Evil films for giving her a family.

The actress said, "I think that the franchise has definitely made me who I am today and I have two and an amazing husband because of it. During the shoot for the first part of the movie back in 2002, Mila and Paul first met and in 2009 they got married.

This just shows what the endless possibilities a debut in the movie industry can do to anyone - Jovovich being a living proof of it.

'Resident Evil: The Final Chapter' will be focusing more on how Alice will battle out the challenges imposed by the spread of the T-Virus and the Red Queen. The fate of mankind lies in the balance, and Alice will be the key to humanity's survival.

'Resident Evil: The Final Chapter' will be on theaters on January 27 next year, where Milla's eldest daughter, Ever Gabo, will be playing the role of the Red Queen and this made the film a "family affair" for the actress. The movie's premiere will mark the end of one of the most loved film franchises of all time.
