While suspended in space, many problems with comfort will arise, space sickness is certain to be a problem. What about having intimate encounters in space?

Now that's a whole new level of discomfort waiting to happen according to a few. Zero gravity will make it hard to hold on to your partner.

There's the matter of proper blood flow which can make it extremely hard for men to produce an erection. And of course, back to the zero gravity issue, bodily fluids will definitely float away in droplets.

The Verge, American technology news and media network, presented an article noting the difficulties that may be encountered during fornication in space.

According to the website, as far as people know, nobody has had sex in space yet, although there have been astronauts who married each other - but intimate relations could be complicated.

Buzzfeed, another American private Internet media company based in New York City, even made a list of the reasons as to why sex in space is well, disgusting.

According to NASA physician, Jim Logan, if anyone can have intercourse in space, the act will be more of a complex dance number rather than a passionate act between two human beings.

Founder, CEO and CTO of SpaceX, Elon Musk, wants to send people to space to actually live there and to become "interplanetary species."

To be more precise, he wants the volunteers to try and sustain civilization which includes performing the act of procreation. Yup, sex.

There have been no announcement yet as to when this experiment will be conducted but you can bet that it will have plenty of people in anticipation.

However, with networks like the Verge and Buzzfeed, along with experts, for that matter, the outcome is being predetermined and it's not that good.  Talk about a "Buzzkill!"
