Lil Wayne is all set to release his memoir "Gone 'Til November" soon and the rapper revealed a shocking truth about Drake, Rihanna's rumored beau, in the book.

In fact, Wayne shed light on many unknown aspects of his controversial life and also talked about the struggles that shaped him when he was in prison.

Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Carter Jr., has shared painful things from his past in the upcoming memoir, reports the International Business Times.

In one shocking revelation, the 33-year-old rapper said that Young Money artist Drake, who was also his friend and fellow, slept with his girlfriend when he was in prison.

According to the rapper, Drake dropped a bomb on him when he came to prison to meet him.

The admission that he slept with his girlfriend Tammy Torres broke Wayne completely and he said that it was the worst thing that happened to him. Drake had gone against the guy code and it hurt him like hell.

Notably, Wayne was sentenced to eight months imprisonment on weapon charges in 2010 and was serving his term in Riker's Island in New York.

However, the prison term was not a completely hurtful experience for Wayne, claims Hollywood Life. Other friends of the rapper did a lot for him. Kanye West and P. Diddy motivated him a great deal and helped him come out of the bad phase.

Also, during the prison term, Wayne got to officiate a wedding. Talking about the experience, he said it was crazy.

Well, the rapper has definitely not held back in the memoir as he has also talked about the creative block he went through while serving the term.

He said he was put to test during the jail term. All his life he had thought that luxuries were necessary to be able to write songs. But money, cars, women and other luxuries were absent when he was locked up. Therefore, the stint became a difficult test for him.

Wayne's memoir  "Gone 'Til November" is slated to hit shelves on Oct. 11.
