Josh is the oldest son and was featured in a hit reality TV show "19 Kids & Counting" on TLC. The show was centered around a large family that lived a life of devout Christian beliefs and did not practice birth control as it was opposed in their religion. However, soon Josh's sex scandal surfaced and all hell broke loose for the Duggar family. After Josh's scathing revelation, the family strict Christian reputation was sullied in one single blow.

It has been over a year since Josh Duggar and the Duggar family was hit by his sex scandal. Josh, reportedly, not only molested young girls in his teen years but also confessed to touching his own sisters inappropriately. As if that wasn't enough, he later also admitted to cheating on his wife by subscribing to infamous adultery website, Ashley Madison.

In an attempt to restore the family's religious reputation, Jim Bob and Michelle posted on their Facebook page that Josh will undergo faith based treatment for his sex addiction.

It has been 13 months and this is the first time since his treatment at the rehab center that the family came together in celebration. Through their blog, the family revealed that Josh is back home and is now working with his wife to reestablish his family and trust.

In January, Anna spoke up about her marriage to Josh post the sex and cheating scandal. Anna revealed in an interview that she went to see her husband in rehab as her first step towards long and tough rough of rebuilding their broken marriage. According to an insider source, Anna was always prepared to mend her marriage to her husband, despite his indiscretions.

After the news of scandal broke, Josh and Anna did not appear together in public much. However, on Monday, the family posted a photo of the couple on their Facebook page, wishing them happy eighth wedding anniversary.

"Happy Anniversary, Josh and Anna," the post said. "We are so thankful for God's redemptive love in your lives."
