Zac Efron may have kept his stint in rehab fairly private, but the 26-year-old former Disney star seemed proud to wear his six-month sobriety chip from Alcoholic Anonymous while attending an L.A. Laker's game on Dec. 20, Us Weekly reports.

The blue chip, which he wore as a necklace, represents the last six months of his sobriety after completing a rehab program back in April 2013. Efron had managed to hide the stint from the general public for five months, but has reportedly been to rehab twice in the past year, allegedly struggling with an addiction to cocaine.

"He's healthy, happy and not drinking," a source told E! News recently. "He's taking time to focus on working." Work includes his latest film "That Awkward Moment," set to premiere in theaters this January.

"He's taking care of himself and it shows," another source told People magazine.

Most recently, the actor broke his jaw after an accidental fall at his home in November and had to have it wired shut, but seemed to be healthy and healed in time for a Colts game on Dec. 16, at which he gave a big smile and wore a Colts-themed Santa hat posing for a picture with player Matt Overton after the game in the locker room.

"Winning feels so damn good! Zac Efron came to party too," Overton captioned the Instagram picture.
