Lead actor Bob Odendirk dishes a lot of details on what fans should expect in "Better Call Saul" Season 3. On the other hand, series creators Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould hinted what's in store for the upcoming storylines of the show.

Giancarlo Esposito will officially be a part of "Better Call Saul" Season 3. According to Christian Times, lead actor Bob Odendirk confirmed that the 58-year old Danish actor will reprise his role as Gustavo "Gus" Fring.

Gus happens to be a mafia boss, restaurateur, and a drug kingpin. He will reappear to tackle how Jimmy got involved in the drug business.

Gustavo Fring last appeared in the "Face Off" episode of the series where he experienced an explosive death.

In addition, Bob Odendirk told The Wrap that his character will transform from an amateur lawyer Jimmy McGill into a sly and shrewd legal expert, Saul Goodman this season 3.

Aside from that, series creators Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould hinted via Christian Daily on what fans should expect in "Better Call Saul" Season 3, "This is something we hash out every day in the writers' room, and we're going to find out. Without a doubt, it feels like Chuck is about to make some really big move against Jimmy. And I think one of the questions is: Jimmy is the guy who will run to his brother's aid when he needs to.

As of now, the official premiere date of "Better Call Saul" Season 3 has not been released by AMC yet. However, speculations suggest that the show will air anytime soon in 2017.
