The last chance to get "Left 4 Dead 2" game for free is over. However, Valve, the game developer is giving Steam account holders another chance to grab the game at half its regular price.

Steam account holders were given a unique opportunity to grab the "Left 4 Dead 2" game free of cost for a limited time that expired at 10 p.m. Thursday. However, the game publisher-Valve is giving members yet another chance to get the game at a reasonable price. The latest offer is extended for a longer time, until January 2, compared to the free one-day deal extended earlier.

For all those smart shoppers who grabbed the game while it was free, they enjoy zombie killing game with intense combat and near-death moments. The new deal can still be worth for hardcore gamers as the price of the "Left 4 Dead 2" is slashed to $9.99, down from its regular $19.99 price tag.

Steam is also offering a bundle pack of four copies of the game for $29.99, which would otherwise cost $59.99. Gamers can share the extra copies with friends and play on multi-player mode. Additionally, Steam offers the Left 4 Dead Bundle for $14.99, which includes both- "Left 4 Dead" and "Left 4 Dead 2" in a pack.

The 50 percent discount offer is also applied on "Valve Complete Pack." This package includes all popular games by the game developer including "Counter-Strike," "Team Fortress Classic," "Day of Defeat," "Deathmatch Classic," "Half-Life: Opposing Force," "Ricochet, Half-Life," "Counter-Strike: Condition Zero," "Half-Life: Blue Shift," "Half-Life 2," "Counter-Strike: Source," "Half-Life: Source," "Day of Defeat: Source," "Half-Life 2: Deathmatch," "Half-Life 2: Lost Coast," "Half-Life 2: Episode One," "Half-Life Deathmatch: Source," "Left 4 Dead," "Half-Life 2: Episode Two," "Team Fortress 2," "Portal," "Left 4 Dead 2," "Portal 2," and "Counter-Strike: Global Offensive."
