Rose's ex-girlfriend accused him of gang rape after he broke into her Los Angeles house with four other friends in 2013. He denied the allegation.

The case now enters new episode as the formal deposition is filed and the trial schedule is set.

The unnamed victim filed the deposition Monday, Aug. 29, as reported by New York Post. The deposition also revealed an excerpt from video tape about his testimony, in which he admitted to pressure her to have a foursome.

Rose admitted under oath that he was hoping that she would have a foursome with him and his friend Randall Hampton and his girlfriend.

"If it would have turned into (a foursome), yes, would have been cool, " he said.

A woman's lawyer then asked him if the sexual activities would be cool, in which he replied, "Yeah, but it wasn't. I mean, when she came. I asked her to come over. By that time, Randall was already doing his own thing."

Later, according to her, on Aug.13, 2013, Rose brought his friends to break into her apartment in South California and they drugged and raped her.

The plaintiff filed the petition to sue Rose and his two friends for $21 million in California Federal Court, according to New York Daily News.

A week before her lawyer filed formal deposition, the 27-year-old point guard accused the victim as sexual aggressor. Rose said the sexual activity was consensual as reported by Bleacher Report.

The case is scheduled to go to trial before US District Judge Michael Fitzgerald on Oct. 4, the same day NBA preseason will begin.
