Blair Underwood has received yet another television series role as he signed on to the second season of Quantico, as a series regular. Blair would be playing the role of Owen Hall, a charming CIA officer with a magnetic personality.

Joshua Safran, the executive producer of the show, is extremely excited about the inclusion of the actor as a series regular and regards it as a dream come true. The expertise and mettle which has been portrayed by Blair Underwood in his previous endeavours - be it in the genre of romantic comedy, dark humor, or thriller - has made him a preferable inclusion for most producers. In the words of Safran, there is nothing that Blair cannot do, and his role would showcase his flexibility and range as an actor.

Apart from 'Quantico' the actor is also a part of Broken, a divorce-law drama, where he plays the role of a sexy professor.

Blair started his acting career back in the 1980s with humble roles in shows like The Cosby Show and Krush Groove. His expertise promptly came into limelight and he was regarded as a TV veteran owing to his prowess in the role of a law firm partner on L.A Law. He is also remembered for his characterizations in Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, Dirty Sexy Money and Sex in the City.

He made the headlines in the year 2013 for his role in Ironside reboot where he played the role of a wheelchair lead - something which many of his fans were not amused of. His fans were not game to see him on wheelchairs which, however, proved to be true as Ironside became one of the few flops of Blair.

Apart from Blair, Quantico has also introduced other characters which include Harry Doyle (played by Russell Tovey).
