Cara Delevingne, who is is currently in Florence filming her newest film, "The Face of an Angel," was appalled to find that paparazzi had followed her into a church, of all places.

The 21-year-old model and actress uploaded a photo to Instagram of a photographer who continually snapped pictures of her while she and others were viewing an historic place of worship, E! News reports, along with the caption, "Paparazzi in church... A whole new level of low."

"That's inhumane. #disgusted," one Instagram follower commented, while others expressed similar sentiments, accusing the paparazzi of being rude and going way over-the-line. Delevingne has been enjoying a fair bit of sightseeing while in town filming alongside co-stars Daniel Bruhl and Kate Beckinsale, though it seems that no matter where she goes, photographers have been on her tail. One place they didn't seem to follow her into, however, was the famed Duomo, which Delevingne Instagrammed a photo of for her fans.

"The Face of an Angel" is loosely based on the trial of Amanda Knox, an American student who was accused of killing her roommate in 2009. In the film, set for Oct. 2014 release, a journalist and documentary filmmaker chase the story of the murder and its prime suspect. The film is Delevingne's first major on-screen role, as she will be playing an "independent, spirited girl" named Melanie.
