"Pokemon Go Plus" is finally available for pre-orders. This device is a Bluetooth companion to the highly anticipated augmented-reality game "Pokémon GO."

This Nintendo-designed wrist device alerts gamers of a nearby Pokemon without the need for users to check their smartphones so often for notifications. As per Vine report, the AR gaming accessory also helps players capture Pokemon using a specific button to carry out the task without doing it manually by bringing out the phone. For players who are keen on securing one for themselves can pre-order at online shopping retailers like Amazon and GameStop for $34.99.

As per Christian Times, the device's smartphone requirements include a Bluetooth 4.0, GPS technology and Android 4.3. It must be noted, however, that the gadget may not work with all Android devices. For iPhone users, the device may only be compatible with handsets running on iOS 8.

Shipment of Pokémon GO Plus pre-orders will begin on July 31. Although the "Pokémon GO" game can be downloaded free of charge for both Android and iOS devices except for some in-app purchases like the Pokemon Go's in-game virtual currency called the PokéCoins. With the currency, players can use it for a raft of enhancements such as power-ups and a slew of extra items.

Meanwhile, Nintendo recently announced that Pokemon GO players should start wrapping up their Pokemon quest as field testers only have until June 30 to play the AR game's beta version in an email notification sent to all players. The beta field test started in March when the first batch of testers were notified. The beta registration was opened last Month in North America.

"On June 30th, we'll shut down the Pokémon GO field test. Your app will not be playable anymore and we'll delete all gameplay data to prepare for the official launch," the email reads as quoted in a report by IGN.
