Khloe Kardashian is walking away from her four year marriage to Lamar Odom with a whole lot of money. According to US Weekly, Kardashian will receive a total of $7 million following the split. Sources revealed to US that Odom and his reality star wife had an "ironclad prenup" that left her with most of the couple's possessions.

Reportedly Kardashian gets a payout of $2 million, she gets to keep her 12.5 carat $1 million diamond engagement ring and she is also left with their $4 million Tarzana mansion.

"Khloe and Lamar have nothing to worry about as far as finances," sources said. "Their prenup is ironclad."

The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star is also said to get a portion of the athlete's estimated $116 million in earnings. Also in the prenup was said to be a stipulation that allowed Kardashian to keep any "gifts" the couple received throughout their marriage.

She officially filed for divorce on Dec. 13 after months of speculations and rumors. Prior to ending the marriage a source told TMZ that Kardashian was secretly trying to sell the home she once shared with Odom.

"She has been discreetly searching for a new place to call home," the source said. "Khloe was trying to buy a house down the road from Kris Jenner's but it didn't work out. Somebody else placed a higher bid."

The source said that she had discreetly gave several San Fernando Valley realtors pocket listings - which means she didn't to publicly sell her house. In other words she wanted everything to be done low-key. Any potential buyers had to pre-qualify and already have the money before they could even take a look at the house. Sources told TMZ that she was trying to sell the home for $4 million, slightly more than what she and Odom paid for the house in 2009.
