Earlier this week, Janet Jackson announced she was postponing her Unbreakable World Tour so she and husband Wissam Al Mana could start a family. Now, fans who bought tickets to her shows are unsure of what's going to happen with all the money they spent to see her.

While the 49-year-old singer did make it clear that she was just postponing the second leg of the tour, she has yet to announce the rescheduled dates, so it's unclear when and if she'll start touring again.

Sources explained that several of the venues where she was supposed to perform at have not yet received official word on if the tour is canceled or if it will just go on at a later date. Ticketmaster sent out an email to all those who purchased tickets explaining that, until they receive word about a cancellation, the tour can only be considered postponed, and, because of this, they cannot issue refunds.

Following this email, several fans took to social media to express their anger towards the fact that they will not be getting their money back until Jackson cancels. Many fans are also upset that they spent all this dough and may have to wait more than a year to see her perform - if she really does plan on having a baby.

"Following Janet's recent announcement, further details regarding the Unbreakable World Tour will be forthcoming," said a rep for LiveNation. "Fans should stay tuned to JanetJackson.com and LiveNation.com for the latest updates regarding the tour."

Jackson first announced the news early Wednesday morning via video on social media. "First, I just want to thank all the fans for coming out and seeing the show," she said in the video. "Thank you so much - you guys made it so enjoyable for me each and every night. We're in the second leg of the tour, and there actually has been a sudden change. I thought it was important that you be the first to know. My husband and I are planning our family. So, I'm going to have to delay the tour. Please, if you can try and understand, it's important that I do this now. I have to rest up, doctor's orders. I haven't forgotten about you. I will continue the tour as soon as I possibly can."
