Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow's son Moses got to celebrate his 10th birthday a couple days early in truly rock star way.

Martin, the lead singer for the band Coldplay, brought his son out on stage with him in Lima, Peru, on Tuesday and had the 40,000 fans who attended the sold-out show sing the boy "Happy Birthday." Paltrow caught the entire thing on film and chronicled the special moment on her Instagram.

"When your dad wishes you an early 10th birthday at work...#coldplaylima," the actress captioned the video of Martin bringing his son onstage. Martin also brought Paltrow and their daughter 11-year-old daughter Apple onto stage.

"I have to do something right now that is very important," Martin said to the crowd in perfect Spanish. "It is my son's birthday. Kids come out here. Everyone sing with me, please."

Coldplay is in the middle of a tour in Latin America as part of their "A Head Full of Dreams World Tour." After the band leaves Peru, they will next travel to other countries like Brazil, Colombia and Mexico. Paltrow, Moses and Apple have all spent that last week traveling with Martin for the first leg of his tour, even though the former couple famously "uncoupled."

Martin and Paltrow were married for 10 years before they decided to call it quits, but the two have remained friends even though Paltrow has been tied to "American Horror Story" and "Scream Queens" executive producer Brad Falchuk, while Martin was briefly linked to Jennifer Lawrence and is currently dating actress Annabelle Wallis.

"We spend a lot of time together. He's been away for two weeks [promoting Coldplay's album 'A Head Full of Dreams']. Last night he got in at midnight and slept here so he could surprise the kids in the morning, we could all have breakfast, and he could take them to school," the actress previously said.

She went on to explain that their romantic relationship was over, but their relationship is now more like two siblings.

"So ... we're not living together, but he's more than welcome to be with us whenever he wants. And vice versa: I sleep in his house in Malibu a lot with the kids. We'll have a weekend all together; holidays, we're together," she said to the fashion magazine. "We're still very much a family, even though we don't have a romantic relationship. He's like my brother."
